I find the food here to be absolutely delicious but it is very difficult to get past the terrible customer service. Whether calling in or placing an order at the counter you are never greeted with a friendly smile or voice. They habitually talk over you and rush you through ordering which leads to mistakes with your meals. The current staff should not be the«face» of this business! If you can get past the rudeness, the food is amazing. Some suggestions: The Diablo, Chicken Buffalo Mac, the #12, Chicken Lemon soup and Chicken Kebob dinner w/grilled asparagus

I discovered Lil Samis about 3 months ago and I now go at least 2−3x for lunch. I never get sick of it because everything on the menu has been delicious! My go-to is the chicken lemon soup or the grilled cheeze. Just cant go wrong here.

First time here. Ordered the Devils Advocate burger. Fries are plain and nothing even close to special. 20 somethings behind counter must really like each other. Lots of yammering and slow to work. Lots of standing around. I guess a $ 10 burger means you can afford an extra body or two and not run a lean business models. The beards on these guys are New England typical but they don’t use beard nets when cooking or prepping. That’s a bit gross but won’t bother most ppl. Burger portion is large. Probably half pubs before cooked. Quality is 6 out of 10. Could be a high end blend that’s been frozen. Not hand formed. Not Angus. Flavor of overall burger was solid. They need to get a bakery quality bun to hold up to the grease and topping. Bottom of bun is a soggy mess. Since they are the only game in town for this type of food, I can see why they are popular. But any competition would be a real stress to their business. And no, my burger was not really spicy. Just mildly hot.

Sandwiches are usually pretty good. Buffalo chicken sandwich is decent. Really messy though. Chicken parm is also decent

Ive gone here twice. First time I was driving back to hotel and noticed them. Decided to stop in and ordered the Green Eggs and Ham Burger. I’ve always love egg on a burger! This one was exceptional! Six days later and still on my business trip I was thinking about what to have for dinner. Called in the same order and it was better than the first time! I will go back again before I leave for home, can’t wait! I gave four out of five stars only because I cannot review any other food there. I love this place though. Nice employees and the food was great!

I bought a large steak onion and cheese sub. My sub was larger than I expected the taste was also good. I saw a BLT sub I was so shocked at the amount of bacon on the sub. My husband ordered a burger it was very good and moist. The only thing he would change on the burger plate is the fries they were crinkle cut. We will definitely go back again.

I always enjoy the food but I can’t seem to get past the terribly SLOW service. They are friendly but unfortunately it just doesn’t make up for the lack of speed. For instance, today I was in there ordering a salad… there was one person sitting down eating and no one else in the place. It was after 2pm so not a peak time, I would imagine. There were FIVE people behind the counter cooking/prepping(i.e. horsing around) and one person at the register(she’s always very friendly). I waited 20+ minutes. And it doesn’t matter what time of day or if you call ahead. If you’ve got time, give it a try. Otherwise, I’d find another place to grab a quick lunch!

Excellent food at reasonable prices. Best Italian sub I’ve had in s long time. Used real Italian meats like cappicola and didn’t try to fill the sub with cheap lettuce.

So I ordered the Surf & Turf dinner(which is steak tips and grilled shrimp) with a Caesar and Mac & Cheese at 10:59am when they opened. I put down my extension at my desk and provided an 800 number. 45 minutes later no driver or call. I walk out front of my job and the driver is walking back to his car. I go after him and he says«You should put down your extension.» I said«I did why isn’t it on the receipt?» «Well other people put their cell phone.» «They aren’t suppose to. We can’t answer our phones at our desk. Oh shoot I left my wallet at my desk.» «Well I don’t have time to wait for you.» I should’ve not given him a tip because after I signed my receipt and got to my desk I received steak tips and grilled chicken. I called back to let them know both about the driver and the order mess up. She apologized for the driver and stated my menu was outdated it’s actually steak tips and grilled mahi; she offered to give me a $ 10 credit towards my next order. I let her know I’ve ordered before with no problems so I will try again. On the plus side the food was good.

I can’t believe I’ve never gone here till just now. I’ve tried the cowboy burger, mac and cheese, and greek lemon soup. They all were great. They give a good amount for the price. The flavor of the burger is ok, but choice of options is what makes it great. I’ll be back to try more… especially all the different types of mac and cheese they have.

Have you ever eaten food so good you get mad that you haven’t had it before? This afternoon when my husband and I had lunch at Little Sami’s was just like that. I had the Cape Cod burger and my god it was amazing. In a world where burgers are usually bland and tasteless, this one was so far beyond my expectations that I’m seriously thinking of moving, just so it’s easier to eat here. Next time you are in Brockton… You know what? Make a trip to Brockton, just for lunch or dinner. Next time we go, I’m going to try the pizza, and I’m already thinking of excuses to go back again.

I have ordered from Little Sami’s as well as their«cousin» Westside. Westside is GREAT. Little Sami not so much! The customer service at Little Sami’s is horrific. They will argue with you on the phone and try to talk over you. I work for a large company in Brockton and we order lunch every day as well as have many events catered. It took an hour and forty five minutes for 5 items to be delivered today! I had to call 3 times and was argued with each time. The food is your average take out place so why not go somewhere that will treat you well?

Lunch time on a Friday not a good idea. Cold sandwich and cold onion rings. However the staff was working their butts off just too busy of a time to go there unless your early it took us forty minutes for cold food.

This is my absolute favorite sandwich shop on the south shore. I’ve tried almost all of their signature sandwiches and burgers and have not been disappointed at all. Plus, they serve tater tots — what’s not to love about that? Their mac and cheese is out of this world. I expecially love the cheesburger mac. Sometimes the wait times are a bit long so expect that. They make everything fresh to order so it’s worth it. Go here, try this place. You will not regret it.

The Next Day Turkey sandwich is really good! It comes with Turkey(duh), cranberry sauce, mayo, stuffing and lettuce and tomato. They have over a dozen different signature subs that you can choose from, but I’m always happy with a place that makes a thanksgiving meal within a sandwich, so saying that I probably won’t try any other type of sub besides that one. I have been here a few times and noticed that everything is freshly made. The buffalo chicken mac n cheese isn’t bad and has big chunks of chicken unlike a lot of places that skimp out on the meat. Service could be a little more friendly, but you can’t really say much if your being waited on by teenagers that are in high school and just want a job no matter what it is! The price is just like every other sub shop, but here you get the better quality. Overall this is a really good sandwich place that is overlooked and shouldn’t be.

I’ve been to Little Sami’s many times and my company and I have never had a bad meal. First off, the menu is huge & the descriptions make it so damn hard to chose! My husband raves about the Sami’s Favorite sandwich, gets it almost everytime. I’ve had the Buffalo Chicken sandwich, Chicken Caprice sandwich & some roll-ups. By far, my fave is their mac ‘n cheese dishes, oh-em-gee delicious & made so many ways! There is a bit of a wait for food but it’s only because they take their time to serve you the best! If you’re in the area, try out Little Sami’s for lunch & even bring your laptop, as the place has wifi. P. S. If you’re looking for the restroom, it’s in the kitchen!
