Worst McDonalds in Brockton! Every time we stop at this one they make us pull to the side so they can bring the food out. Every. Time. It only happens at this location too. Ugh.

Slowest McDonald I’ve ever been to… Service is terrible! This is suppose to be fast food, not wait 15 mins for my food… Very annoying to wait such a long period of time especially when there is no one else there except me. Employees are careless and not professional at all. Majority of the time they get my order wrong…

I try to not eat fast food too often but this Micky D’s is right near my house. I stop there on my way to work and have had good experiences. The food is your average fast food stuff but the service is good. I’ve eaten inside and gone through the drive-thru, also ordered things to go from inside. I find the drive-thru to sometimes be a bit slower than ordering to go inside the store. but overall my order has always come out accurate and in a timely manner. The food also has been a good temperature and they give me napkins and a straw 100% of the time. The inside is clean and modern. I will note that they have a sign that says you can only sit and eat for 20 minutes. This is to stop teens and others from loitering inside or outside. I usually don’t sit and eat inside for long periods of time anyway. but the sign works because things are always quiet and orderly.
