I really only used this Walgreen’s for my prescriptions. They worked out fine for the most part until one time they ran out of my medication but never called to tell me so and when I went to pick up my script, it wasn’t there. My medicine has to be taken at certain times and it threw off my schedule.
They also won’t let me get two refills at once, like if I want to go on vacation or won’t have time to pick it up the next time. I don’t know why this is the case? Maybe they think I’ll share my meds with others or sell them? I do not take narcotics or anything addicting, just don’t want to announce my Rx online.
I’ve found the customer service to be limited and not really all that friendly. I’ve switched to the Rite Aid across the street. There was a CVS nearby that closed but was even worse than the Walgreen’s!
