My Daughter bought her boyfriend a pair of Nike shoes from Foot Locker online. She was double billed by Foot Locker. She went into the store at the Woodland Hills Mall in Tulsa Ok to straighten it out and was told that there was nothing they would do for her. They told her that she was on her own. What kind of shit is this? Their website says anything you buy from Foot Locker can be returned to any store. These creeps want her to eat $ 230 because of their incompetency and sorry customer service. Of course we called their customer service number and got no answer. Typical. Next step is to the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor and don’t patronize these over priced ripoffs.
