Very pleased with the evaluation of the problem and the work done to correct the mistake made by the previous company that damaged our compressor unit! Stacy was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. She did a great job!

here is an update to my first review.
superior service of broken arrow evidently reads the Unilocal reviews about them and read the one i wrote. this tells me a lot about this company. it looks as if they truly care about their reputation and customers.
i found this out because i received a small box in the mail today. inside was a card and a couple of gourmet fudge brownies. i am impressed.

now that is what i call possible future customer service!

This week was our third encounter with Superior Service. The first was on a Saturday evening in August when the AC wasn’t working. Amazed that they were able to respond within a couple of hours, very reasonably priced and fixed the problem. This year, they have installed a gas heater/​new gas line to a refurbished greenhouse, and replaced our furnace/​coil. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, thorough. He and his co-​worker left the areas extremely tidy. I have been very impressed with the quality of work, responsiveness and courtesy. We will continue to use these services when needed.
