AT&T

So I been having issues with my iPhone and decided to come here for help or even a possibility of renewing my contacts and getting new phones I walk in everyone is sitting in round tables now like its Starbucks or something so I’m already confused I see A worker playing with his phone (Spanish dude with slick back blk hair) on the first table so I say where do I go because the table already full of people then he replies I’ll help you I said I’ll help u with a bothered look to his face the hole time he’s looking at his phone I explain that my iPhone is crashing and having charging issue where I have to apply pressure on the port to get it going with any charger he start telling me oh your battery must be shot because you charge it over night I say to him what do we do next what are my options so he tells me to take it to Apple at this point I had enough I reply to him am I in the wrong place because it’s seem like I’m bothering you and your table is full of people everyone a near pretty much walk out as well and notice how unprofessional this guy was being I should of grab his name but he was leaning forward on his phone still both him and his lady co-​worker, ended up calling ATT and got two phone and renewed my contacts money I’ve could of spend there.
