Shocked to see that this location has such terrible reviews. I went here after a Yankee game and had great service. The people were so friendly especially the manager. The food was completely standard even though it took along time, but that was excusable because they were just about to close when we arrived. Well the old reviews are 5 years old, they must have improved over the past decade.

What he said below. Oh, I only go here for hangover cures. Nothing like a double cheeseburger and large fries cures that nasty feeling faster than a bucketload of grease filled calories.

Although Amy Blair has a penchant for making disparaging remarks about Unilocalers who dwell on the obvious( Unilocaling big chains which are useless in terms of bridging information gaps), this one deserves special attention. How is that I know of this location’s existence? If you are a Bronx resident and report to jury duty, this place will stick out as you pass it by. It is usually empty, unlike the neighboring McDonald’s. In order to beat the morning rush on my way to the court house(June 2008), I decided to grab a breakfast. Much to my chagrin, McD was very crowded. «Hi. How may I help you?» «Can I get a #1, no cheese, with a black coffee?» «Meal or sandwich?» «Meal.» “What kind of drink?” «Coffee.» She turns around and asks for help from one of the colleagues in the back to enter the buttons. I counted about 66 sheep jumping over me as my eye lids started to shake. «Ok, $ 4.43.» I pay and she brings the food. «How many cream or sugar?» «None. I like it black.» «A lot?» «No, none.» She brings my coffee and bends down to get sugars and creams. I turned around and walked out. I remembered that I experienced the same type of incompetence when I came here the last time I reported to jury duty. In retrospect, there were two patrons sitting down. I was the only person on line ordering food in the morning. You may think I am a pompous c – kmeat sandwich maker, but I was very patient(considering the quizmaster’s onslaught of repetitive questions). This experience encompasses management’s failures here. Why do you make your worst communicators responsible for the point of sale? I’ll be bold and say, anyone who gives this location business is an idiot and not a friend of mine. There is a reason why it is unlisted on BK’s website. This place sucks. No amount of free Whoppers is going to bring me back to this location.
