CityMD – Riverdale

Well they are doctors and their is to safe lives. Thats not what they do here. Profit is more important. They diagnosed me and told me I needed treatment right away. Which I paid out of pocket since I had no insurance. Only to find out much later that they under treated and didnt even bother to tell me I could get help elsewhere for free. I think it’s their responsibility as Doctors to make sure patients get adequate and proper care. Thanks for Nothing. Definitely never going back

They were wonderful only problem was with parking. I parked right outside less than 30 minutes n by the grace of God came out just as They were towing my car when I asked why I was being towed guy said I had been parked too long and that they went into every store looking for me. I presented him the papers in my hand from city md n they let me take the car no sorry no nuttin this is really upsetting not even 30 minutes my goodness. I had wanted to go into the bjs in there but feared getting towed again. Wish there was somewhere to complain about this.

I came here yesterday (Friday) based off a recommendation who said this place was good. It’s a brand new facility that just opened end of December 2014 and located in the brand new BJ’s, Party City, Buffalo Wings shopping center. Since my regular doctor moved — I decided to give this place a try.
I walked in and filled in a form attached to a clipboard as usual in any doctors office. When I returned the form I was sure I’d have to wait a while. But nope. By the time I sat down, Dean, the medical assistant called my name and lead me to the room. Wow ok. That was fast!
Dr. Pamela Arsove assisted me and was pleasant and patient. I wasn’t feeling so hot a couple days so she did a ECG test and a blood test and I was surprised that I received my results the next day over the phone.
The service and care I received from this facility was exceptional!
As far as the phone customer service — I was impressed. I received a missed called in regards to my test results and when I called back, I didn’t have to wait on hold to speak to someone. I spoke to Mario and he gave my results over the phone (100% healthy yay) and he even emailed my results as well.
I am completely happy with this place =)

Visited CityMD Riverdale/​Kingsbridge today after being ill for 2 – 3 days. I’ve visited their Columbus Circle branch before and I’m happy to say that this one is just as good. The doctor who saw me was one of the same doctors that have seen me downtown and I happen to really like her since back then (good to see a familiar face). The staff is very friendly. Everything went well and swiftly. I got the care and medicine I needed and I’m on my way to recovery.
Would definitely go back.

I had to visit there with a pain n my ribs. My regular doc was closed because it was a Sunday. They took a X-​ray and the doctor told me that I had pneumonia. I protested a bit because I had no symptoms like that. Well, the next afternoon I received a unknown call. It was a doctor from their headquarters who informed that I didn’t have pnemonia after all. I worried about that for 24 hours. I’m never going back. It turns out that I have a bruised rib that heal itself in about a month.
