If I could rate this less than 1 star I would! I feel like I was robbed. I just moved here from Brooklyn, and used to paying $ 1.50 — $ 2 for a pressed shirt. To my shock, when I showed up to get my items, I was charged $ 4! A grand total of $ 28 for a pair of pants and 6 shirts. I probably could have left my clothes at the front desk of the Ritz Carlton and been charged less. To make matters worse, they have no sign which outlines their prices, so who knows if you are getting charged correctly. Receipt? Nope. They don’t give those either. Guess I will need to call NYC consumer services and BUSTTHESELOSERS for poor business ethics.

I used to patronize this place. But the owner(or the elder gentleman who works the front desk) does not provide good customer service. The price list in his store is inaccurate and when I asked why I was being charged more than what’s on his price sheet, he told me the list was from 1992 and his prices have gone up. Well, you may want to update the list sir! Just a suggestion. They just lost a valued customer in the meantime.

Ruined my friends blazer and would not take any responsibility. Owner was a jerk. There are much better ghetto dry cleaners.

This place is OK, but I might be less than enthusiastic because I am still adjusting to NYC dry cleaning prices. Men’s shirts are $ 4(and sometimes $ 3.50). Suits are sometimes $ 11, but today, I was only charged $ 10. And the guy added up the total incorrectly, but it was in my favor.(Still, one suit and 6 shirts cleaned for $ 31 is still not cheap, compared to non-NYC prices.) The guy at the counter barely speaks English.
