Domino’s Pizza

Don’t bother ordering from these franchises their terrible in every aspect, stay with your local family owned pizzeria it’s cheaper and better quality. Just over paid for an incomplete cold pizza that took an hour from the store that’s 10min away. Chicken Wings were a joke, never again, I learned my lesson.

Waited for over a hour when tracker said it was delivered. Pizza was cold i will never ordered from them.again.

Made an order. I get notification that the order was delivered. It was not. Called Dominos they said order mix up. Still waiting. Well over an hour and a half now. Ridiculous.

The worst cinasticks I have ever had, this one is usually one of the good ones at Dominos but this location delivers them with greasy, pizza like taste dough, not very good. You expect all locations would try to keep brand standards, but this is the exception, not even put BBQ sauce on the 40 chicken wings I bought Blahh, didn’t make it a better Sunday…

On the day of February 27 at 7:06 p.m. EST, I placed a single order of a large (14″) pizza and 2 cheesy breads. I have ordered from this Domino’s many of times and today was the last straw. Do not get me wrong, their cheesy bread is decent, but the pizza was not. I did in fact use the app to place my order at 7:06 p.m. EST, but the flippity floppity pizza and cheesy bread was delivered at 8:39 p.m. EST. The app notified me of a «Jose» was delivering the pizza and he was on the way, this was at 8:02 p.m. EST. I was then notified at 8:24 p.m. EST that a mister «Angel» was delivering the pizza. That was the last straw! When he called me to tell me that he was here, I went to the door and there was no one in sight. I go outside in the cold with my And1 sandals, sweats, and hoodie and go up to the guy’s car, give him the cash (including a tip because I am no monster) and he gave me the stuff like he was in a rush. He was on the phone with his lady friend through the AUX cord. This place is very unprofessional and I do not care for their pizza. I ordered a Chicken Alfredo Pasta which I always order, it took them 1 hr 40min to deliver and trust me one of the worst pasta I ever had all of it was dry and burned cheese on top I took one bite and through it away. *NEVER going to order from them again*

This is a warning about online ordering.
I placed an order online for a medium half pepperoni half cheese pie and a cookie brownie at 630pm. It arrived at 837pm.
The phone line for the store was «busy» for an hour so there was no way for me to cancel the order or get an update.
The online tracker was extremely off. It said my order was delivered at 810.
The estimated time was 60 – 70 minutes and the actual arrival time was double that.
The order was slightly off. The entire pizza was covered in pepperoni instead of only half.
Needless to say the pizza was not warm upon arrival.
Not sure if I would have gotten better service in store but the online ordering was an impossible ordeal
First and last time ordering from this location.

Just ordered despite the bad reviews and I was pleased. My food arrived quick and everything was good. Will be ordering again

Worst dominos. Period. I don’t order often, but when I do, it takes over an hour every time. If I call a REAL pizzeria, I get whatever I order in no time. Never again.

This Domino’s sucks. Always extremely late, almost always forgets something and the driver always claims he tried calling. By the way, the number they have is correct. I hope they close this Domino’s down. I’m switching to Papa John’s.

I would give this location a zero if i could! This is the worstttttttttttt dominos store with the absolute worst service i have ever experienced. I am never ordering from them again! I ordered a total of 3 times and onlyyyyyy because my kids begged. First time the pizza took almost 2 hours and had nooooooo cheese on it! wth?! Then it took them over an hour to re-​deliver the correct order. By the time you get your food you’ve probably already ate something else or are starving! Then the 2^nd time it took Overrrrr 2hrs and it was brick cold! The 3^rd time was the worst because it was for a bday party and it never arrived… it blinked on the app that it was out for delivery for 2 hours and during that entire time I was only able to reach someone on the phone once! I ended up having to cancel my order after an assistant manager told me it would still be 5−15minutes more!!! The next day I visited personally to talk to the actual manager and he was rude, he did not sympathize with the unacceptable situation at all and I did not even get an apology. 3 days later and I still don’t have my refund as well. Never Again!

These people take forever. I ordered a simple pizza with cheesy bread on a Thursday evening. 2 hours later, we called only to hear some bullsh*t story about how the driver tried calling. We had our phones right next to us and the number is correct. Not only that, they could have rung our doorbell. So whoever was working on the evening of December 17^th, you suck. Stop lying. Your customer service sucks too. Bunch of bratty smelly teenagers acting like the world owes them something. Ugh. Never again. Serves me right for ordering that shitty food anyway.

I actually like Domino’s Pizza. I have ordered from this store a few times now and never does it go smoothly. The first problem is the online ordering system, there is no where to make requests, so I have to order then call the store. That tends to go okay. But the thing that really bugs me is they never seem to find my house or when they do, they cannot seem to ring the bell. I did not order delivery to stand around in my entry to wait for you. Just park the car at the end of my driveway and ring the bell.
Finally, sometimes when I order extras like sauce which they charge for, they forget to include so I have had to have them refund and recharge my card over $ 1. Its not about the money — its the principle.

They put you on hold during one call more than once as a scam to not take your order late at night. I was literally on hold for about an hour and no one took my order.

Do NOT ever order from this dominos. I’m disgusting by how I was treated! It took over 2 HOURS for my pizza to get here! When I called to find out why the phone rang endlessly and no one ever picked up! And when they came they refused to actually deliver it I had to go out in the cold and get it from them instead of them coming to the door!

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!!!
If I could give zero stars I would! I placed an order with them and had my order delivered 2.5 hours late! Then it wasn’t even cooked fully! I filed a complaint with the main home office only to get the «manager» to call me at 11:36 pm on a Sunday night when I had placed my original order at 4:12 pm on SATURDAY!!! My pizza came at 6:46 pm Saturday evening raw!!! This place need new management and people who value having employment! Take pride in what you do!!!

I am unsure why they have such low ratings when I absolutely love them! They’re very courteous and always get my orders right. PLUS, they’re always on time. You guys don’t get enough credit.

If I could give 0 stars. I would! I’ve ordered twice from here and they’ve managed to forget something on my order BOTH times. Then when I call to speak to the manager, they tell me I have to wait 30 – 40 mins!!! Are you serious? Horrible customer service. Never ordering again.

I will NEVER order another pizza from this place again. I placed an order on Saturday 8pm for 2 MEDIUM Pies and the delivery guy shows up at 930pm like it’s OK. I speak to the manager and she tries to defend the situation by telling me she said it would be an hour. Regardless, she was still wrong because it took an hour and a half. The fact of the matter is… if a delivery is being delayed by an additional 30 minutes than trained management might actual contact the customer about the delivery status. Absolute failure!!!

I have to say, They don’t give Domino’s The credit they deserve.
Throughout the years Domino’s Pizza was so, so.
But as they say with time all will get better There pizza are more tastier And There Hand Toss. And your sticky bread with cheese and jalapeño is on the money.
And now with the app, They’re even better They give you an estimated time and show you a Progress bar to let you know how Much longer you have to wait for your pizza.
Domino’s has come along way.
