This place it’s extremely horrible the service it’s completely disgusting we never order again here I think they don’t deserve a star at all

Worst customer service ever! Can’t get in contact with the store they don’t pick up the phone. I placed an order around 1:00 the app said it would be here in 30 – 40 mins. Then after an hour and a half the tracker said the food had been delivered and we never even received the food. Tried calling the store and no answer. Then 30 mins later the driver Rashim calls saying the pizza was here. No thanks! 2 hours too late, and we’re only 4 blocks away from the store. Never ordering from here again.

Literally I am done! This is my second time ordering here and I will never ever order from here again in my life. I’m new to the area so the first time I ordered was last week. I ordered the pasta primavera and it was basically scraps. I let it go since I was late. That was strike one. Today I decided to give them a second chance and I made the same order, their marble cookie was good of course but this time my pasta primavera had no sauce and no mushrooms. Literally it was covered with a dry layer of cheese and tastes disgusting. Lessons learned ! Seriously if anyone is reading this do not purchase anything from here, well at least the pasta because this is garbage. And now I wish I would have came on here before I ordered so I would have seen that this place was rated one star in the first place. I am so disappointed.

I know the potential of Dominos as a pizza chain because it has been my favorite for years. But this place is mediocre at best. I have been living in the BX for 2 years now, and when I order online this is the store that gets assigned to deliver my pizza. I can’t even begin to count how many times I ordered pizza and had to wait nearly 2 HOURS to get it. It’s always cold so I end up having to microwave it. I understand if they have a couple of busy days, but 2+ hours every time I order from this location? I honestly love Dominos pizza but I don’t want to pay for cold, stale, 2+ hour-​long pizza.

It’s been two hours and as I’m writing this I’m on the phone trying to get a hold of someone in the store I been on hold for 20 minutes already no answer my order says it’s been delivered but I have not received a call this store pasta always arrive dry the wings aren’t even prepared right why is this location still open?

This dominoes location is really good with thier delivery time. The customer service is great. It’s like the same guy makes our pizza Mark or something. He’s pretty great.
It’s better to order your food online thier line is usually busy.

This has to be the absolute worst domino’s I’ve ever ordered from. I should have read the reviews before ordering. My order didn’t come for almost 2 hours and when it did the pizza and wings were cold and soggy not to mention wrong. I tried calling the store and no one picks up ever. The corporate office needs to hire an entire new staff who knows what they are doing and act professionally like they want to keep their jobs. They don’t even deserve one star. Never ever ordering from there again, they’ve lost a customer and they will probably lose more customers I’m sure.

Can I give 0 stars? Guess not, but they definitely deserve it and I’m not exaggerating. This place is horrible, the delivery sucks, the customer service sucks, the food sucks, and everything else that you can possibly think of sucks. How many times can one order from a place and receive the wrong order? Well, once or twice is acceptable. We aren’t robots, we make mistake. But every single time I order from here I get the wrong thing delivered… That’s just straight out INSANE. I kid you not, I’ve order from here at least 10 times in the last 2 months (hey, what can I say I love dominos), and they’ve gotten it wrong every single time. When I called to speak to the manager, the workers either hang up or put the call on hold for like 45 minutes (I guess with hopes that I’d hang up). When I finally do get in contact with the manager, the manager also hangs up. Though They have always re-​delivered the correct order, I’m too afraid to even eat it because I think that they have done something to the food. I hate that you can only receive a delivery from the closest dominos in your area!!! By all means, stay away from this place.
Oh I almost forgot to add how long they take to deliver.
It is always estimated to take about 45 minutes to receive my food after the order has been placed. Yeah, that NEVER happens. 1 hour and 30 mins is more accurate.

I wish I could give them no stars … This is by far the worse Dominos ever. I order two pies, waited two hours and never got a call back. I called them back and they had canceled my order claiming that the had called and that I never picked up. Liars !! Say far away from this dump and the trash that work there !!!

This is the worst dominoes that I have ever ordered from save yourself the headache. I ordered from this location a couple times and every single time my order was in accurate. I even asked to speak to the manager one day when I was ordering before I order because I wanted to ensure that it was going to be correct, hot, and with in a normal timeframe. That day they decided to cancel my order and not even inform me. while I was waiting for my pizza for over two hours I decided to give them a call. Another time they’ve sent me my pizza that I ordered at 11 PM and I didn’t receive it until 230 after I had already fell asleep. Once again the order was completely wrong and extremely cold. After all of this I have decided to never order from this location. Sad thing is this is the only one that will deliver to my home. So disappointing. I wouldn’t even give them one star

Worst place to order from the customer service is horrible. Drivers are so rude and demand higher tips called to speak to the manager was just as rude as the employees support your local pizza shop then this corporation

This is absolutely the worse Dominos ever. The pizza was delivered burnt and the order was not correct. I called the store and a person who identified herself as the MANAGER refused to replace the pizza or refund the money. She became belligerent, rude, and unprofessional stating that I was lying and she was not «fucking «giving me anything. I offered to bring the pizza back to the store to show her and she stated that even if I do that she still not going to replace the pizza and then hung up the phone. I was disgusted at this. I reached out to corporate and they were accommodating to my concerns. Thank you Ms. Jessica for listening to my concerns.
Dominos got it wrong with hiring that person as the «manager» or whoever she was.

I’ve only had bad experiences with this establishment and given up on them completely. The first bad experience I had was placing an order online and it took so long that I somehow fell asleep waiting for it. Woke up 2 hours later and received a phone call from the delivery guy who sounded very drunk. It was very possible since it was a Friday night. Not sure what happened there, but when I called to report the incident the Manager who I spoke with just said «okay»…followed by silence. I never received my order.
On a different day, and year, I ordered through the website again and only received half of my order correctly. I was given someone else’s pizza by accident. I called in the mistake and was told as soon as the driver was available he would deliver the second pie I had previously ordered. The delivery guy took extremely long to contact me by phone. It felt like hours. I never got my second pie anyway.

I went here for a sandwich and was waiting for ever for someone to take my order. Then the oven baked sandwich i ordered was over baked which made the bread very hard.

One of the worst experience ever just moved around this area. after waiting for two hours I decided to look up the location on Google maps and they have the most worst reviews for delivery times… and I most agree I have been waiting for two hours this is crazy

Highly DISGUSTED & DISAPPOINTED with their service. Food was 30 mins late and cold. This location is by far the worst representation of Dominos as a whole and their staff are super unprofessional. This location must vanish! Corporate will receive this exact message.

I live 5 blocks away from the store and I rarely get my pizza hot, it’s always close to cold. I order on a regular basis just because my kid likes it.
I’ve complaint of the cold food but it just doesn’t change.

Worst service ever. They treat you like the pizza is free with an attitude after waiting for 30 minutes they say you need to wait another 20 minutes.

Worstttttttt fukin customer service everrrr. Can you please tell me how to file a complaint on this location. You wait hourssss for your food to get here. I dont even knowww how they make business!!! I swearrr they need to shut this location down. ITS USELESSSSS, and the employees are very rude!!!

Uh I ordered here 4^th time (since living in Jew York for like 3 years and can’t wait to bounce) … The food is okay from what u expect from a dominos but why the fuck I have to walk down my damn stairs all the damn time to get my shyt? Uh delivery is like that always with all the restaurants in this dump. So I will give it a 2 stars well I guess a darn 3 stars will do… naw 2 stars
Can’t wait to relocate to Alaska !!! I had enough of this diversity shit. I’m not that friendly to try to understand ur different languages.
