I love this dunkin donuts because it’s almost express food is always hot 5 stars experience this dunkin there is no competition

I always stopped by this DD on my way to work in the morning and had no complaints about the service here until a few months ago. I ordered a coffee one morning and handed the cashier cash to pay for it. Instead of asking if I wanted my change, (though only 5 cents, it’s still my money) she threw it in the tips mug. I pulled it out and said, «That was really rude, don’t ever do that again.» Since that incident, I’ve stayed away from this location unless I stop by to get gas from time to time. I stopped by a few days ago and it seems that there is a new set of women working there. Service was shittier than ever. Why was I waiting close to ten minutes because the cashier couldn’t understand, «I’d like whole wheat toast,» requested by the customer in front of me. The cashier kept asking, «Whole wheat bagel?» The confused questions kept going back and forth until I couldn’t stand it anymore and I exclaimed,“She’s asking if you have whole wheat toast!” The answer was no. So the old lady in front of me got whatever else she ordered but had gone to the pickup area without waiting for her change. I offered to call the lady but the cashier said she would give it to her after she helped me. I got my coffee and paid for it. The girl just stood there folding the money in her hand. I could tell by the look on her face what she was about to do. I couldn’t just stand there and watched this poor old lady get her money stolen by this worker so I walked up to her and told her that she left her change at the register. So she went and got it. Man, this place leaves such a bad taste in my mouth.

This DD is located inside the Shell gas station. It’s bascially a DD Express. Super small. They have a small selection but they always seem to have it stocked with donuts. I think they restock their donuts from the other DD on Boston Rd, down the block.
Anyway, this location is cool because since it’s inside the mini mart, you can pick up beer, chips etc to go along with your donuts and/​or coffee. (I wouldn’t recommend eating them together unless you want to sit on the toliet.)
