I am so pleased with the service I received from this company. The place I plug ear phones in, on my laptop had stopped working. The tech accessed my laptop remotely and after doing some software updates and checking some settings he fixed it in a hurry. I would absolutely recommend this company for helping with computer issues! They have a flat rate for remotely accessing your computer and will do whatever it takes to fix your issue, no matter how long it takes. If it turns out you need someone to come to your home to fix it they apply ²⁄₃ of the fee towards the visit. Good value for the money

Called them to come to my office. I was given a window from 11:00 to 1:00. When I spoke to their representative, he gave me the techs number. So, I called him, and he said he was on his way. Even though there were children screaming in the background. It’s now 1:45 and I still have not seen them.
