I went here last week, at first to look for biotin pills. As I paused for a few seconds to see if there any customer. I seen two people standing behind the shelves, Who knew what they were doing. Anyways, let go back to my story; it turns out the two people were employees. The guy approach me and asked what I need, it a plus to assist your customer. He should said«may I assist you on finding what you are looking for sir» instead of saying«what you looking for?». So I replied, «I am looking for some biotin pills». Then he went on and asked, «what kind you are looking for» and showed me a shelf full of different types of brands. He probably noticed the puzzle look on my face and said, «do you know which type as in strength?». This is what I call poor customer services. If I were him I would have said: 1. May I assist you on finding what you are looking for, sir! 2. We have different brands and strength; 5000mcg, 10000mcg etc. 3. I am recommending this one… because majorities buy this brand… etc. at that time my face were even more puzzled, then he said, «do you even know the measurements mean?» Now that was a very rude question. I then said it’s okay I will go elsewhere. So I stopped by next door at rite aid and bought my biotin.
