Rude! That’s the only way to describe the attitude here. Totally unprofessional. Sure their prices were dirt cheap, but that doesn’t make up for the vibes. I don’t recommend it whatsoever. The piercer is super snappy. I asked him to reposition the intended spot he was to pierce and he refused. Like straight said no. Any other place would’ve done what they could to please the client

The last two times I visited this place was for their $ 10 nose piercing. My friend’s daughter previously had her nose pierced but let it close and she wanted it redone. Before heading over, we called to confirm their prices and closing time. The guy on the phone abruptly provided us the information so off we went. The place is a bit small and tucked right off of Third Avenue. They have tons of jewelry, hookah, pipes, cartoon toys, etc. for sale. Their piercing/tattoo rooms are in the back area and were clean. I don’t know anyone who has a tattoo from them but the pictures do look really good. Upon arriving there, we noticed a lone guy watching a movie on his tablet. I don’t expect tattoo studios to hold my hand or roll out the red carpet but at least look up and say What’s up, Hey even Yo will be enough for me. It was annoying that we had to get his attention by standing right next to him because he didn’t see us. Mind you, the front area is about 20′ x 15′. We told him about service we wanted, he said $ 10 and holds out his hand. He yells for the piercer and out he comes from one of back rooms. The piercer was nice and very clean. He cleaned her nose area with his alcohol pads and ensured it was ready to be repierced. All of the equipment he used was sealed in their sterlized plastic pouches. The issue we had with him was his lack of patience. She wanted the placement at a specific area but he went too high on the first dot. On the second, it was too low for her taste. He was a bit short(still nice) with her, so rather then have her do it, he insisted that he knew the right area for her. She didn’t want to argue with him, so she settled with his suggestion which was still too high for her. The last time I came was for my repiercing. I figured the time before was an off day for them. Again, was met by the movie watching seated guy, hand out, $ 10, yell for the piercer. The low patience piercer was also engrossed in a movie on his phone. Now he is insisting where I want my nose repierced. I tell him just place it in the same spot as before instead he pierces me almost at the edge of my nose… nowhere near the previous hole. I was so annoyed by the time I crossed the street, I took it out. I wanted to get my eyebrow redone but its not going to happen here. I am giving this place three stars because they have a variety of items for sale, their location, prices and hours. They lose for not even thinking customer service/satisfaction are a priority and not knowing how to use the Pause button. Trust me, the movie will not disappear into the abyss if you hit pause even VCRs can pause movies. I recommend getting pierced here if you want people who are more interested in their movies poking holes in you.
