Love this place– my roommate is Dominican so I’ve had curry goat before. This place makes it so good and it’s not too bony as in other places. Have also had the curry chicken and love that too. Stew peas are great on the side. Cash only but worth the ATM fee

It’s a nice change from the local fare of Italian restaurants on or near Arthur Avenue. The food is genuinely Jamaican and delicious! Had Jerk Chicken, Curry Goat and Curry Chicken over two visits, along with rice, beans and veggies. One drawback: Not much seating is available. I was lucky both times that my friend and I were able to sit. Most people were picking up take-out orders.

Completely delicious! It was my first time trying Jamaican so of course I tried the Jerk Chicken. Huge portions and wicked spicy but totally great. My boyfriend was torn between the Oxtail and the Curry Goat but the man behind the counter split it and gave him both. I tried a bit of his meal as well and we both enjoyed it. We also grabbed a slice of the rum cake which was fabulous as well(and that says a lot in this bakery-rich neighborhood!) When we got up to take our leftovers, the man was nice enough to pull the bones out of our Styrofoam containers before wrapping it up for us. He was such a sweetheart and the food was great. Highly recommend!

Very tasty food — especially the meats! Excellent jerk chicken, good selection of caribbean sodas. Go early because by later in the evening they always run out of a lot of things on the menu. Prices are slightly on the high side but a small size portion is still a good meal & will fill you up! Also the rice they serve the meat with is bangin. Worth a try!
