My condominium contracted with this management company and they are extremely unprofessional. Lack of support, communication and service. Several emergency situations were ignored– which led to subsequent fines by NYC. The President of the company, Louis Papovich has gone on record making statements such as «i dont care» and it shows. Structural damages, leaks and minor repairs took excessive time to mitigate — and you literally had to beg this company to come out to view your property. Any repairs done have been noticeable, and that is not what you want a repair to be. Zero interaction with homeowners, zero presence or accountability-​and does not understand basic contract language or role.
