McDonald’s

The staff is SLOW! SLOW! SLOW! English is not their first or even second language. The only thin you can eat with safety is the fries, ice cream and soda. The coffee is burnt or old.

Worst service ever. They have bad management. I have been there several times looking to buy a shake and their machines never work or either they are out of supplies.

You wait 5 min at the line to order your food, so many people in around but no body want to serve you you fell like you are unwanted there

Have got better over the last year. Lot of non English speaking employees with nasty attitudes. But food always hot and good. Better learn to habla espanol if you want your order right.

This mcdonald ties with its sibling on the other side of fordham. It’s a trashy mess and to make things worse, there was this creepy guy looking at children playing in the mcdonald’s playground.

About once a month I will walk by a McDonald’s really hungry and find myself falling for that familiar smell trap. Today was one of those days. Knowing how questionable their «white meat» chicken nuggets are did not stop me from devouring those little devils.
I give this location 2 stars not for the food obviously, but because they are really really SLOW and some of the employees taking orders seem clueless. This is the a very busy locations and the lines are always long. Some of the employees taking orders seem clueless and do not know how to handle the pressure. I personally think it’s due to poor management and lack of employee training.
I also only gave it 2 stars because it smells like rats in there and in fact I actually saw a rat once when I went in to buy a coffee. Another customer pointed it out and the employees acted as if that was the most normal thing in the world.
This location got an «A» on their report card, ha! that really makes me question the cities grading standards.
On a positive note I’m loving McDonald’s new chicken nugget sauces. The chipotle BBQ is really good.
