I HATED THE FACT I HAVE TO LIE & GIVE THIS PLACE A DAMN STAR!!! Let me start by saying I Love Pizza Hut but, there isn’t anything nice I could said about this one it is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST ONE IN THE BRONX!!! My husband place an order today at 7:05pm online as a carry out when he received the email that our order will be ready at 7:21 so he got there at 7:20pm to only be told 7 minutes No problem but, that wasn’t true because here it is 7:47pm & still No Pizza!!! The manger told my husband 7 more minutes meanwhile delivery driver’s was coming in & out picking up Orders. My husband was Super Upset ask for his money back the manger told him ONCE AGAIN 7 MORE MINUTES!!! But Enough was Enough!!! We decided to NOT WAIT ANYMORE WE GOT OUR MONEY BACK!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME PLACING A ORDER CAUSE YOU’LL BE WAITING FOREVER FOR NOTHING!!!

SAVE YOUR $$$$$ They should close this location down. They SUCK!!! Starting from the Manager. That’s the first person I will fire you for a run in this establishment the way it is I placed an order for two pies online at 7:05. They emailed me that my order was ready at 7:21. I got there by 7:20 and nothing was ready. I waited until 7:40 & nothing. Had to argue with the manager to get my 40 bucks back worse place EVER!!! I’m contacting Pizza Hut personally go to Little Caesars much better and less frustrating.

I love Pizza Hut, but the disappointment of this place was unbelievable.
First I placed an order online at 8:50pm. I received my confirmation email stating my delivery will arrive at 10:05pm. At about 10:15 I called to make sure the delivery was on the way, the lady I spoke to reassured me it was on the way to be delivered. After 30 extra minutes waiting I decided to call again, since they are scheduled to close at 11pm (as stated on their website) the same lady answered and told me the same thing, that the delivery was on the way. The pizza arrived at 11pm.
After such a long time at least I expected to enjoy it. This was the worst Pizza Hut I have ever had!!! The pizza and breadsticks were stale, hard, and cold. A complete disappointment. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again!

Disgusting, is the word I will use to describe my order and my service. This location is unprofessional, the staff seem miserable. They also seem under staffed. My order was wrong after a two hour wait! And then my desert was ruined — when it got to me. I wanted to try their new brownie desert and got this instead. The marshmallows are non existent! I wish I could give them a negative 5 star rating.

If I could give them a negative number I would. I ordered a few things yesterday and it took almost 2 hours. I’m not even complaining about that disgusting time but the fact that the delivery driver tried to start a fight with my boyfriend. Who does that? Horrible establishment.

HORRIBLE! It’s a Wednesday and it takes 2 hours for one pizza and wings! Never again!

If I could give no stars I would. I’m still shaking with anger as I write this message. I ordered pizza at 7:44pm it is 11:44pm. It has been FOUR HOURS. I understand that you only had three drivers and it was a rough night and lots of people were ordering but you know what I don’t care. When I tried to call back to cancel I was met by an incredibly rude woman who said all orders went out and the store was closed. I asked if she could contact the driver she said no. She at no point offered an apology for the abysmal service instead giving me a ton of attitude which I had no time for considering I was VERY HUNGRY after waiting FOUR HOURS for 1 pizza. That’s right twas not a feast just one pizza. NEVER AGAIN!

Please read, you won’t believe how awful this place is: Absolutely terrible! NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, EVER!!! It took them over 2 hours to deliver our food. Delivery ends at 9, but they close at 11, after 9 they shut their phones off so when an hour, an hour and a half, 2 hours went by and I couldn’t call to tell them to forget about it or what the hell was taking so long. When the delivery guy came I questioned him on why it took so long and why I cannot reach the store. He stumbled over his words and basically just said”…I don’t know miss. They called me into work just now…”(really??? 45 minutes before they close when delivery ended at 9, they call you in anyway!!! I call BS.) on top of that, he had no pen so I didn’t sign anything. And ON TOP OF THAT THEY MESSED UP THE ORDER COMPLETELY AND THEY HAVE NO PHONE I REACH THEM. Unreal. Did I mention this is the second they’ve done this to me. Shame on me I guess. Don’t give these guys your business.

I will never order from this location ever again. Lesson learned. I placed my order online at 10:15pm and received my order at 12: am. So i get it, I’m not the only one waiting. However why is that i tried to calling the store and no one answered? I tried multiple times and nope, not a single care was given. But it doesn’t end there, oh no! When i finally got the food, it was cold and disgusting. It tasted like cigarettes ash. Yumm delicious, right? No, no. Just gross. Save yourself money and time and don’t order from this location.

It’s been a rough week… and it’s only Tuesday.
On top of that it’s Thanksgiving week. On top of that, I cook 5 nights a week in my home, PERIOD. After coming in from work and helping with homework, energy zapped, all I could think is I don’t wanna cook dinner. My brain was now screaming this sentiment to me, when the heavens opened up and the angels sang to me… YOU COULD JUST ORDER PIZZA.
I Could Just Order Pizza!!!
A smile widened across my face and I opened a window on to the Pizza Hut site. My brain racing, I remembered countless emails and a brand new redesigned website. I excitedly rushed to make my selections, which aren’t as easy to make as one would think, put in my payment information and placed my order, and then it happened… Your order will be ready for delivery in 2: hours and 20 minutes. HOLY F*CK! Holy F*cking Moley! 2 hours and 20 minutes for 3 pizzas. Ohh Emm Gee… youcouldjustorderpizza I thought –_​_​_​–
Two hours and twenty minutes… in 2 hours and twenty minutes lets see, I tired out and put a cranky one year old new to walking to sleep, I helped my son make a crazy hat for crazy hat day tomorrow, I softened butter for cookies, made 36 oatmeal chocolate chip cookies from scratch including changing oats to quick oats and chilling the dough before baking, swept my whole apartment, refilled the soap dispensers in the bathroom, went to the atm and bought a gingerale. ALL BEFORE THE PIZZA CAME.
Of course the pizza arrived, stiff, congealed, void of any warmth (i’ve heard these words used to describe some mother in laws). The bread sticks that came with the order, reminded me of home plate, with sand on it except square. The pizza wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good, and it had to spend an extra 15 – 20 mins in the oven to get that way. (Good thing the oven was preheated from making cookies :-).)
But of course, I could just order pizza… or next time I can just take my happy ass in the kitchen, and just make dinner.

This past Saturday, I was in the Bronx for a kiddie party… As I arrived rather late and noticed all the pizza had been eaten and many of us leftover were still hungry… It was suggested we get some Pizza Hut, too bad I was not lucky enough for it to actually arrive.
I placed an order online for four pizzas and breadsticks at 8PM. around 8:50 I started to wonder what was taking so long, by 9:10 everyone wanted to know what was taking so long. After 5 attempts to reach them, (all my other calls I got a busy signal) I finally got through. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to pick up, he tells me the wait time is 2 and a half hours!
By now its about 9:30 and everyone is frustrated, fed-​up, peeved, irked, or whicher other word you want to use. I just wanted to depart on my long drive back to Brooklyn, I decided to just cancel. I was placed back on hold just to cancel my damn order. After 5 – 7 minutes of waiting, I just hung up. What a horrible experience with this place!
Thanks a lot Pizza Hut, I surely will not be calling you, next time I am in the area and have a pizza craving.

If no stars was an option, that is what this joke of a store would get. We ordered our pizza online and it was delivered 1.5 hour later. We ordered two pizzas, one pepperoni and one BBQ chicken. Both pizzas were of course cold. The BBQ looked as if someone feasted at a backyard cookout then puked it up on flat bread. We called back to have the issue addressed and it took 13 calls. Finally spoke to manager, he said they could get us another pizza out in less than 45mins. It has been an 1.5hour since that call and we are still waiting. Manager offered no other option for service other than store credit. WHY WOULD I WANT STORE CREDIT FROM A COMPANY THAT IS INCOMPETENT? Needless to say, this will be the last time this place gets a dime of my money. If your excuse for poor service is going to be that «we’re busy», don’t worry you won’t be for long. Terrible, just terrible!!!

Abysmal service that’s impossible to avoid. The employees seem miserable and ready to leave. Receiving a greeting is impossible. I would recommend avoiding this particular Pizza Hut if possible. There is a Dominos near by where the customer service is 5stars by comparison.

By far the worst pizza/​breadsticks/​wings I’ve ever, EVER, ordered. I’m a loyal Pizza Hut customer and love their items but this particular location… SUCKS. Don’t order from here, ever. The employees don’t care about what they sell. It’s been a week and I’m still disappointed.

I was excited about finding a full service Pizza Hut only a few stops away from Manhattan. It sucks that Manhattan does not have one. I checked!
The service was polite and fast. I purchased the $ 10 Big Dinner Meal.
Well, I was all set to write a great review until I ate the last slice. That is when I pulled a very long hair out of my mouth!!!
This experience has helped me develop a conditioned aversion to eating out. So, that is enough to give this particular Pizza Hut only one star.

Most food aficionados wouldn’t welcome a Pizza Hut in the South Bronx, especially with New York being one of the pizza capitals of the world, but I do. I feel its better than another god forbid Crown fried chicken, McDonalds, or Chinese restaurant opening up in the nabe. This is a clean standalone location, which serves up all of your faves, from stuffed crust, pepperoni lovers pizzas, breadsticks, pasta and more. I am pleased with the fact that this store isn’t merged with Taco Bell, although I find nothing wrong with a Doritos Locos Taco once in a while. The food is great. They show you your pie before you pay, and mine was cooked to perfection. There are 3 chairs, and no tables in it, so you’ll have to grab your grub to go. My pie was amazing. 5 stars for the Hut.
