4 because it is fully stocked and has specific items that you have to go to them for 1 because it is clear that the company wants to have the least amount of employees and get the most out of them. Today must have been delivery day and the store was flooded with stock that needed to be placed. Upon sight it’s confusing and overwhelming. I actually heard an employee say to another, «this place looks like a disaster hit» — I couldn’t agree more. There were only 2 cashiers and the line was super long. This poor management has been the case for a while and as a result I strategically plan when I have to go there. This is not a location to make a random stop to shop. Plan to wait and plan to wait long. Please do better for this neighborhood Rite Aid.

Incredibly helpful workers. Super friendly, always deals on Household essentials. I’m happy it’s near because we won’t find much of anything in the Bronx.

It’s probably the best Rite Aid in the area, but that doesn’t say very much. It’s fairly clean and organized though there are usually nail polishes spilled by the nail art area. Pretty ordinary store, nothing remarkable. The pharmacy is pretty helpful, though the pharmacist may want to review his med cards as he doesn’t know about new meds out on the market.
