I had a wonderful experience at this Verizon location. A sales representative by the name of Cristian Guity helped me with all my needs. He took his time answering all my questions, he listened and understood my needs and was very pleasant the whole time. I will definitely be going back to this location again!

I came in there scanning the room for the gentleman that helped me last week but he wasn’t in. As soon as I walked in Michelle was the first person to greet me and she called up customer care and began the process. I can’t comment on the other reps because they weren’t busy at all. But she was attentive and very patient. She definitely tried to upsell while we were waiting to finish the activation. I will return to her for any of my wireless needs.

So coming from a AT&T store that gave me excellent customer service for upgrade info I go to this verizon store and atmosphere and vibe was totally different. 1 older gentleman finally came over and tried to help since no one greater us at the door. He passed us on to customer service who was just having a chat and there attitude was the normal I hate working here attitude and not welcoming. Also made a snarky comment about usage of data. If you wanna go to a helpful store avoid this one.
