Wendy’s

This has to be the worst Wendy’s in the Bronx. There is nothing fast about this food. The drive thru at 10pm is literally a 30 min wait to even order. I keep giving it a chance and is always disappointed. I’m done.

I’ve been to this location twice and never again will I stop by at this particular location. My first time around I placed an order and I was missing two out of the four sandwiches I ordered. I partially blame myself for not looking before driving off. I only realized it when I sat down on my table to eat with my family. I was really disappointed and upset about this. I looked in the bag for my receipt and couldn’t find it nor did they give it to me. I didn’t bother driving back so I let it slide. Second time, I ordered a few cheeseburger deluxe and JR cheeseburger. Before I drove off I made sure there was a receipt attached to my bag and also looked inside to make sure none of the sandwiches were missing before I drove away. When I finally reached home, I was ready to eat and I opened my sandwiches and find all of them just plain hamburgers. There was two receipts attached and both had some random orders. This place is run by a bunch of mentally challenged employees!!! Do yourself a favor and go some place else!!!

Walked to this spot one late night, only the drive thru was open. I tried to order from the drive thru, cashier refused to take my order. She was rather rude. I clearly understand about pedestrians being in the drive thru when vehicles may appear & an accident occure. It was only me at the time. I asked the young lady for her name & she either didn’t hear me or just ignored me. I walked back home to get my car/​risk lossing parking space due to parking being very Scares in this area of the bronx. I returned to Wenys in my car. I ordered to meals, each comes with a drink. The cashier gave me no cup holder, i had to sit one soda on floor of car which spilled while driving, the other i held between my legs still being. I can only think she was talking about me because a few workers came to drive thru window just to look at me and laugh. On various other visits this location is always slow, whether there is 5 ppl or 15, the rate of speed that these individuals more is unbelievable slow. Faster & friendlier ppl needed at this location. I never have problems at the east tremont location.

I Went There order two number 1 and a few burgers from the dollar meal, don’t know if it’s because the snow storm or what but all there burgers where not hot everything was cold except the fries The number one meal burger was also fridge cold smh

Longs are always long. Theres one employee that is always angry and yelling at the other employees. Then she takes it out on the costumers. The manager, he is supper nice !

Wendy’s is my favorite fast food restaurant, but this Wendy’s is the worst I have ever experienced. The service is slower than slow. The cashiers are rude and the food did not have the quality of other Wendy’s I have been to. Would it be too much to ask for friendly service, clean tables and ketchup in the dispenser?

Wendy’s Restaurants is another one of my favorite Fast Food joints I love to go to. Best thing about Wendy’s is that the food doesn’t taste like fast food! Wendy’s menu from their burgers to the Spicy Chicken Sandwich (my personal favorite), to the Chili and the freshly cut fries — all the food is extremely tasty!
Now the Wendy’s on Westchester & Unionport Rd. is clean and serve up some great food. But having only two registers the lines can get a little long but the staff is polite and they really do try to please their customers.
Based on my experience — ALL Wendy’s have great food and service — but this one does go a little bit more above and beyond the call of duty to provide great service and food!

Wendy’s it’s always Wendy’s. It’s the service that varies. Tonight, the teenagers behind the counter were conversing with one another while you wait patiently for your food, while trying not to look too annoyed.

Yes I like the occasional burger from Wendy’s… Yes the frosties are yummy. BUT the service here is some of the worst I ever got.
The stupid teenagers behind the counter are horrible. They take their damn time to make your order. The cashier is by far the worst. She always gives attitude and looks like she’s forced to be there (it’s your job!). One time, she walked away from the counter and we waited 10 minutes before she came back to ring us up.
I gotta remember never to come here again because the service is THAT bad.
Screw this place.

What can I say it’s fast and easy when you need a burger and fries and s milkshake.
