I haven’t been there in two years. Went two weeks ago and made another appointment for 5pm on memorial day since I had a job interview the next day. I got a text to not come in until 530 and when i showed up was told it would be another 20 minutes. I said no I would come back and walked out. I had other things I had to do after I left there. Now I need a new place to go to.

As rude as rude can be. I would never recommend anyone to this place. Horrible experience.

This was the worst manicure that I ever had. It was a LCN fill in. First they use a cheap product call ICD. The woman started off cutting my cuticle with the edge of the filing machine. When I told her she laughed. She then proceeded to cut my nail short after I explained that I did not want them short, she kept saying I understand clearly she did not. She made one mistake after another. Never used a guide before repairing two nails so that all the product built up under nail. She was annoyed when I tried to show her what she did, and then tried to fix it but instead pulled the skin from my nail bed under my nail. I can’t tell you how much that hurt. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I did pay for this horrible job and nearly left in tears. The cost was 50.00. So if you live in the area choose a better place then I did.

The cleanest and nicest place in the area for a manicure pedicure and facial. They have always been meticulous in their services. I love the mini massages at the end of their treatments. My husband always get me a gift certificates to this wonderful place!

Very lovely staff! Beautiful, clean & relaxing setting — they have always done a wonderful job on my nails. Shellac manicure($ 35) & pedicure($ 25). Super happy they are located right up the hill from where I live ;-)

Just got back from Sage and had the most wonderful experience. Over the years I have lowered my standards for nail salons… most seem to be in and out type of places. But Sage has a clean and modern venue with friendly staff, and the price for a mani and pedi($ 35) is awesome. Restored my faith in nail salons. Will be back for sure!

Clean & relaxing. $ 25 for a pedicure is fair. The shoulder massage at the end is wonderful.

This place did a mediocre job at best with my pedicure. The staff isn’t the most inviting or friendly. It seems as if they’re more interested in the quantity of people they can squeeze in rather than focusing on the quality of their work. The prices are surprisingly high for the quality($ 25 for a pedicure). This makes me miss CA where the prices are a lot more fair and they spend a little more time on the service.

I love this place! I usually get a manicure and a pedicure and occasionally I’ll get the UV Gel manicure(which lasts me exactly two weeks). I’ve been going since the beginning of the year and what I love about them is that they take their time doing your nails(unlike a lot of other nail salons that what to get you in and out) and that they are very clean. The best time to go is during the week when it’s less busy.

I received a gift certificate for my birthday. I went for pedicure and manicure. The lady who took care of me kept on talking very loud to her co-worker. She also kept on yawning and told me she was so tired. She was not gentle. I tipped 20% not because I was happy with the service. I was just scared they would yell at me if it would be lower. Not a good experience.

My mother and I went for a treat on Christmas Eve this year(2012). We asked for pedicure with extra massage and manicure. The girl who was helping me(Donna) who spoke English out of the two, explained to me that if we get a Spa Pedicure(more $$) it will include extra massage. Well, it didn’t. The pedi was worst ever, neither my mother nor I got a massage and we were in and out of the seat in 20 mins. The most annoying part was that Donna(the girl that was doing my pedicure) and the girl who was doing my mother’s pedicure were chatting with each other for the entire 20 mins, barely paying attention to us.(Perhaps that’s why my mother’s water was so scalding hot that she nearly burn her feet). The spa was not very relaxing, to say the least. Go to Town Nail and Spa across from Starbucks instead.
