I WISH I could give this place zero stars. Jim, the owner of this store, doesn’t deserve to be a store owner! He is so rude and has no idea how to treat paying customers. My order was a present and had numerous things wrong with it. When I called to speak to him, the first question out of his mouth was, ’ What kind of refund do YOU people expect to get?’ Seriously?! Instead of helping, Jim was defensive, insensitive, and said we were lucky that they drove out to where we lived to deliver the basket. Uh hello?! You are a DELIVERY service! I eventually had to file a complaint with their corporate office about him because talking to him was pointless! Buyers BEWARE!

I received a small arrangement of fruit, including pineapple and chocolate covered strawberries. The arrangement was lovely; however, I received it as a gift on Tuesday, December 23 and the fruit was spoiled by Christmas Day, December 25. I had to toss more than half of the arrangement away.
