Very rude customer service!!! I will never go back into this store!!! The front desk elderly lady was so rude. I walked in and was in the middle of asking her a question and she held up her hand and said to wait while she continued to type and answer phones. Finally 10 minutes later she addressed me. What ever happened to customer service?

This store is not closed, it is still quite open, but it might as well be closed.
Ordered a light fixture in January 2011. Just received it in April 2011.
They explained time and time again that the lamp shade is custom woven and will take time. Custom, eh?
Apparently, it also included a custom GASH on the inner shade that is completely noticeable when I opened up the box.
This store, like many Ethan Allen store reviews I researched (albeit AFTER my experience), really have no quality control with things they claim are «custom», and the communication between the store and the warehouse is virtually non-​existant.
There is no in-​stock inventory. Just designers that have no visibility to their supply chain.
Disappointed to say the least. You are far better off at a Crate and Barrel, Restoration Hardware or Potterybarn for similar items.
