Priority Print

Print quality was great, but unfortunately I was really unhappy with my product. I asked for an ivory card stock, mind you I’ve been planning my entire wedding on ivory and am well aware of what the color looks like. As well, I work at a design agency where I look at Pantone colors all day long. I picked up my invitations, and the man refers to them as «the tan invitations» before I saw them. Now, when I saw them I was in shock, as I told them I wanted ivory and they claimed that it was their ivory — rather tan if you ask me. I was super disappointed as I already over paid at $ 500 (another printer quoted me $ 130 to get them reprinted). They offered to reprint at $ 278 but I feel as though, as the professionals, they should have stated that their ivory card stock is on the rather darker side and should have required me to come in and choose my card stock. I wish they offered to reprint at no cost or let me return them as they were pretty ugly looking. I wouldn’t recommend this place due to lack of follow through on ensuring the client is happy with the final product.

They did a great job printing my wedding envelopes. Everything turined out great and was timely and cost effective!
