This is a company, that really doesn’t have any purpose anymore, and does not have any commitment to their products, or the customers. We bought a lawn mower there, which was defective. It was missing a part, and the handle was not drilled properly, to attach the starter cord to it. They refused to accept the mower back, because it was opened, and would not send a repair man out to fix it. We had to bring it in, and pay for the repair. Which to me, is insane. You gave me a bad product, and you refuse to service it. The store manager has never taken my call, nor returned any of my messages. When going through the main customer service line, I was told by a supervisor that is was not financially viable for them to send someone out to fix the mower, and that I needed to find a different solution. It is time for this chain to simply go away. The only good thing I can say about them, is it is easier to find parking by them, to enter the mall, than any other spot. Avoid Sears. Use them for a price comparison, but do not buy products from there. They will not support them, and they have no interest in providing any kind of customer service.
