Like so many other people this past fall I was dying to get the new iPhone 6 — walked into this store on the day of the release and walked out with exactly what I wanted thanks to one of the representatives named Jeremy Fichtner. Since getting my iPhone this past fall my family has expanded and so have the phone lines. Recently went in and got three more phones and a hot spot added to the account and was in and out with no issues. Once again Jeremy was the sales representative who helped us with our needs. I appreciated he took the time to write out several plan options and didn’t make us feel like we were spending money on things we didn’t need. In addition to my experience with Jeremy all the other staff I’ve dealt with there have been friendly, knowledgable and helpful. We’ve always been able to get in and out of the store quickly as well.

Everyone there has terrible attitudes except for the real nice lesbian women with tattoos. A man there by the name Shannon has probably the worst attitude of them all.

As of 4÷1÷14 All corporate stores, yes this one too no longer services your equipment. This is the ONLY reason I have stayed with Sprint. Many people have complained about them but I always stood by because when it came down to issues Sprint always fixed or replaced my phone or the battery. I was a little sad and even mad when they sent me away with my failing phone in hand and no solution. I have been a client for at least 7 years. Poor choice Sprint my contracts are up in August!

I went in to have my iPhone 5s looked at and two kids came up to me and I told them I drop nearly 50% of my calls, my data is slow enough to allow me to remember the dail-up internet days and he blamed it on tower outages(updating to 4G). I also called about this issue earlier in the week and was told there was no issues with the tower I was using at that time. I have a hard time even streaming Pandora on my phone, the only time my data works is when its on an extended network(Not Sprint). I informed him I had this issue since I bought the phone 1.5 weeks ago and I wanted a new phone. He handed me back my phone and told me to go back to the Sprint store I bought it from to do that and he couldn’t do anything for me. During my visit one of the associates was streaming music to a bluetooth speaker and kept turning it on and off(loud pop music) which also inhibited customer/sales communication. Very poor management if it existed… Sprint’s customer service is poor, their service is worse… or it’s my phone but I wouldn’t know because I was refused service.

The assistant manager, Joelle Buccanero brings a whole new meaning to customer service. Run as far from this store as you can if you have an ongoing issue. The service that we received from this assistant manager was so terrible that we are considering paying the cancellation fee and going to Verizon. This store makes any customer service rep from AT&T look absolutely amazing.
