Had the BEST customer service experience at Tanfastic. Was leaving for a trip on Sunday and called to get a spray tan on Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately tanfastic was closing before I could make it there. I expressed my distress as I had no other time to get my spray tan! The gal answering the phone gave me the owner’s (Val) cell number as she would be happy to come in that evening and open the salon for ME. I took her up on this and Val met me at the salon at 7 pm on a Saturday night. Got a beautiful spray tan (very clean place, new equipment)!! Val was so nice, professional and friendly. I even tried to tip her for the hassle and she wouldn’t accept. This is above and beyond what I would expect from any salon. Thank you Val!
Btw I’ve never felt the need to write a review on any experience good or bad — this experience was just too unbelievable not to let others know about :)

It’s a nice place! I’m from the Illinois suburb and they have crazy tons of tanning salons and the one I went to was a bit nicer and quicker. Also a bit cleaner.
But at tanfastic they’re really friendly and helpful. I personally don’t think it’s worth the prices they charge, it’s kind of overpriced but still not bad. I got the 10 or 15 sessions I can’t remember and also their $ 22 tanning lotion. It came out to be $ 107. My wallet pains after that but I wouldn’t go anywhere else around here! Also i wish they had mirrors in their rooms. But that’s just me being picky?

The staff here is super friendly, they upgrade the beds all the time, and I love the red light therapy beds. They keep things super clean and they have enough beds that the wait (if there is one) is never very long. I’m definitely a fan !

I’ve been tanning at Tanfastic since 1998. Best tanning salon in the greater Milwaukee area. Val has the most well maintained beds. You will always see beautiful color, even after one tanning session. Prices are very reasonable and sessions never expire. Don’t waste your time and money anywhere else. There is no comparison, Tanfastic is simply the best!

Outstanding customer service and AWAYS get awesome color results. I especially like the personal attention you get each and everytime i wal;k through the door. Tanfastic is the only place i will tan!
