gorgeous cut and color for fall by Megan. She did a reverse ombré color melt… love the subtle effects.
the rest of the staff are very friendly and chatty, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
easy accessible parking, very affordable.

Worst customer service ever!!! Went in to get a mani/​pedi. Was not acknowledge when I walked in. When I said hello can anyone help me? Then someone came to the desk. Told what service I wanted then was asked if I had any appointment. Told the girl no that was told by Brennan Spa that they could take care of me. Girl looked around and said hold on. Then went back to her customer. I waited 3 minutes and walked out. As I am walking to my car same girl comes out and says I can be seen at 2:00 if I want. The time was 12pm. No thanks giving the 1 star was a gift.

I honestly don’t see how this establishment is still open. I went for the «groupon» special. $ 25 for a deep condition, cut and style. Well… my hair is now more frizzy than before, she chopped up my hair BAD, it’s all uneven, and all she did was LIGHTLY blow dry my hair and just combed it to the side. It was not even nicely combed!!! Then as I sat in the chair, I asked if they waxed eyebrows… well the woman who cut my hair was called the «waxing queen». UMM NO!!! She may be the «queen» of royal mess ups!!! When I got home I discovered my eyebrows were very patchy and not cleaned up at all. I regret giving a tip at all. SO DISAPPOINTING!!!
