Absolute JOKE of a company, if you can even call it a company. All of the poor reviews on here are 100% accurate and the good reviews are most likely written by friends of these losers. Posting here to warn everyone to stay away!!! I will be posting this all over facebook as well to warn everyone in my VERY BIG boston network that these guys are useless, don’t know how to communicate and will most likely steal your money! GOOD LUCK GUYS!

These guys come and do repairs to my apartment for my landlord. It’s nice that I can bypass the landlord and call/​text these guys directly. I can tell that have a smaller organization but everyone is really nice and they do their work fast and keep a low footprint in the apartment and clean up when they’re done. Most importantly, their work is quality so far I never had to call them twice for the same repair.

Business will run and will run good as long as they steal money ! Don’t be their next victim !
Oh, and thats NOT their address, thats a mailbox at UPS Store. They DONT have an office.

I’m not sure how you qualify as a «property management» company if you cant do just that. After they were referred to us I was extremely disappointed. Poor communication and just an overall feeling of disorganization. What a waste of time and money. If this is how they deal with all of their accounts they should be out of business within a year. Look elsewhere because management company’s are a dime a dozen. I would rate them with a zero stars if it were an option. Awful! Steer clear.
