Lynne is awesome. Five stars. But to get to her i had an initial appt with the clinical manager(whos no longer there). I had stated that my entire purpose for going there was for myofascial release and cranio sacral work which he does not do. But he didnt tell me this and instead strung me along(while i was in tremendous pain) until i finally said when are we going to do what i came here for! I had to fire him to get to the modality i needed. Very cruel and unethical on his part. If u are going for something specific def ask for a therapist who does that. Dont let them talk u into an appt w someone else to «evaluate» u and waste ur time and money. Lynne is great tho so i gave them 3 stars instead of 1. If she left i would too. Suzanne the manager is great and i wish i had known i could have addressed this with her back then. They have a great staff in general and really hear your experiences instead of ignoring you. I am disabled and they always accommodate me and make me feel very comfortable. I wish my appts were longer but ill take what i can get with lynne.

I was really disappointed with the services I received from this facility. I was discharged there after an ER visit and was having ongoing pain and was given a referral to a physical therapist and told the physical therapist would both diagnose and treat the condition. My physical therapy sessions left me in greater pain than when I started; after my pain continued to worsen I finally got imaging done and discovered that I actually had a ruptured disc which was impinging my nerve root and pushing on my spinal cord. Obviously the physicians who saw me initially missed the diagnosis, but I was disappointed to find that the physical therapist missed it as well and continued to manipulate my spine in such a potentially dangerous situation. All that is understandable, but as a result of my injury and the extensive damage, I had to have surgery and spinal fusion and an extended hospital stay and lengthy rehabilitation. I was most upset that during my rehabilitation, despite having already paid my bill, I continued to receive additional bills from this office. When I finally recovered enough to call and clarify, they explained that they had made a mistake in billing and that I owed ADDITIONAL money, with no apology or explanation for the inconvenience. I paid my bill and asked for the physical therapist to call and follow up with me since I was so dissatisfied with the services he provided, which he never did. I would highly recommend NOT going to this place unless you want your time and money wasted.

I have been receiving Physical Therapy at Back On Track for three weeks now, and I am a fan. I will elaborate later or on request, but for now, I was treated by Amanda and Dorinda, and I like them both. The office is clean but not fancy. Parking is easy. Please note that BOT has locations in Harvard Square and Newton(reviewed separately).
