Rachel is a miracle-worker when it comes to bodywork and physical therapy to ease back pain. I started coming to her a few years after a serious accident because she was the only physical therapist I could find who used Pilates in her practice(and accepted insurance). I had let my backpain get so out of control that I could hardly move without hurting myself. After going to her regularly I had my pain under control and began going to her Pilates classes. There were people in the classes from their 20’s to their 60’s, and she would always give a more challenging or less challenging adjustment for the different exercises, so everyone could follow along with each exercise. I live in LA now, land of pilates and bodywork, and have not found anyone who meets the standard Rachel set for me.

Massage studio, physical therapy and yoga/Pilates. This place is a one-stop studio for your Wellness needs. Tucked away on the second floor of the Arcade, the ladies who run this place are kind and welcoming. I have only come here for physical therapy but I do like the overall feel of this place. If you’re new or self-conscious about your yoga practice, come here! The classes are only a few people and they’re always all smiles when I cross their paths before or after my therapy appointments.

This place has a decent handful of places in here. Stores range from expensive jewerly stores, a consignment shop, and an eye glasses place. Additionally there is a small café here. Be sure to stop in this place to check out what’s hidden inside here. The places can often be overlooked because they are tucked away in here. Even if you decide to skip browsing, it does act as a good connection from Harvard and the parking lot behind it.
