I would never go here again. The Mac and cheese I had was flavorless and the sauce on the chicken strips was way to sweet. The service was not the greatest, they brought out my husband’s salad and didn’t bring any silverware. He sat there and stared at it for a good 10 minutes before anyone came by. The two hosts that were working were so busy trying to hit on a couple tables of girls that they couldn’t be bothered with us. And to end the experience their credit card machine was down and wanted to do the manual transaction where they rub a pencil over your card to record the number. Ummm… No. Thankfully my husband had cash. Don’t go here, I’ve never had a bad experience at an applebees until tonight.

If you want to wait fifteen minutes for a server this apple bees is a perfect place to go to. This is my second visit to this apple bees and I am not very pleased with how the workers are doing their jobs. The servers do not come to check up on how the food is. Also when you call for help on the tablet the wait is an extra five minutes even though they make eye contact with the flashing red light. The food is decent but some stuff are cold such as the meat in the nachos that I ordered this time. Overall not a good choice to choose for food.

Was a little nervous to go with the lower ratings, however the car side to go was very good. Our food was brought out quickly and was accurate. The food was hot so we know it was not waiting. The car side to go attendants were very nice. When we called they even offered a better deal for what we ordered so we got «free» Mozzarella sticks by doing the 2 for $ 20 that we were not aware about. Would do car side to go again!

This place is just a disaster, s$&@ hole place, terrible pasta, when you order an appetizer and you have just started eating it and the food comes out it is just horrible, pasta is severely over cooked, don’t ever come here

The service is absolutely horrible. Didn’t know if we were supposed to wait to get seated or just grab a table ourselves, and the place was dead. After we got seated, took about 20 min before we even got our drinks. Took even longer for a couple of burgers. The food was just bad. The waitress WAS quick to come back after she brought our slip. Terrible service, worse food, don’t waste your time at this place.

Inconsistent cooking and preparation. Curbside has failed to bring the whole order on several occasions. On at least 3 occasions I’ve had to request that the order taker look at the menu again, because they do have the item I just ordered. Last time I ordered a double portion of a side and got less than what is normally in a single order. Why I keep going back is beyond me, but I’m learning. If you are set on Applebees, pick a different location!
