The person who pick up the phone is extremely rude. He screamed at me when I ask him how long is going to take for him to get to the destination.

Terrible, TERRIBLE emergency service. First, the locksmith got lost on the way twice which I find had to believe when I repeated my address three times to the dispatcher. Second, I was charged 2.4 times the initial estimate which was also twice what I was charged for the same type of job on a different lock a month ago. I get that they have all the power at 2 AM in the morning, but for what you are paying you think they could be more professional.
