24 Hour Laundromat

New to the area. I came here and did drop-​off service. Everything came back folded and smelling nice and clean. They did it within a few hours.

This place is good to do your own laundry at, as it’s open 24 hours, has a lot of machines, and the staff is pretty friendly. However, BEWARE if you plan to use the drop off/​pick-​up service!!! On two occasions I used this service. The first time I was very impressed, my clothes smelled clean, were carefully folded as not to leave wrinkles, and everything was packed independently (i.e.: a small bag w/​socks, a t-​shirt bag, etc. all neatly arranged) inside one laundry bag. I thought this place was amazing until I returned a second time.
My second visit was disastrous! ALL my white white clothes came back pink! Also, 2 pair of pants, some bras, a nightgown were missing. Plus, the clothes that we received were so poorly folded — everything appeared crammed into bags — they were a wrinkled mess by the time I unpacked them. Finally, the clothes did not smell clean. In fact, they barely smelled like detergent. I was so disappointed.
Update: **24 Hour Laundromat found our missing clothes & has offered to rewash our whites. They are also refolding & rewashing anything that was wrinkled or not clean enough for me at no extra charge. Apparently the problem may have stemmed from a new employee who has not yet learned the ropes. Tip: Always ask for someone w experience to handle your drop-​offs.
