Ugh… I usually come here cause they do a teeth cleaning that’s not painful but I’m starting to reconsider that. I had to get a root canal done, my health insurance wouldn’t cover it so I paid out of my own pocket. I wanted to use my credit card but this place was cash only!!! wtf???
Aside from that my entire root canal procedure took nearly 3 hours… it wasn’t even painless. it was actually painful. My nerves hurt and they stretched my lips so much that it bleed and now there’s a scab…
I still have to go back to get the crown but I’m completely dreading it and wondering if I could get a refund instead.
Avoid this place if you can, especially when you have to pay for their services.

My brother came to this place for his semi annually dental check up. The dentist he saw was Sheldon Chu. He didn’t look like he enjoys his job. Well, I guess it’s a bit hard since he has to stare at teeth all day long. But I wasn’t expecting him to perform an exam, clean, and fix a cavity in only five minutes. Seriously, this is the first time I’ve seen a dentist done that in such a short period of time. I don’t think he did a proper job. I’m pretty sure that my brother has a lot of tartar since he haven’t been to the dentist for over three years and he does not brush his teeth twice a day. Pretty sure that my brother won’t be coming back here for his next cleaning.

SIGH is all I can say.
Always make your appointment first thing in the morning on the weekdays if you want to be seen in an orderly fashion.
They take walk-ins first before the people with appointments which begs me to ask what’s the point for appointments.
There are more hygienists running around then dentists and receptionists.
Dr. Sheldon Chu is awesome, but the receptionist needs work.
Especially the one with the attitude and thinks that she’s superior to everyone because she speaks English when she’s wrong. FTW, her English has a hint of accent, so she should tone down the ghetto attitude.
Even the Office is under Dr. Ho, I have never seen him here.
