I’d give this place zero stars if I could. I tried to use them once, only to have one of their representatives come to my apartment and give me a lecture about moving pieces of furniture and other items so his company could clean my carpets. The second time, I had a «conversation» with a lady regarding an estimate for cleaning my sofa. She had a nasty attitude. Please find someone else to do your business with, because these people aren’t deserving of your money.

This is 2nd time im using this company i Ordered new carpet for my mom house WOW fast service new carpet in 2 days best quality around I find I been checking big chain stores and they way expensive. I did posted pictures I will give more update soon

We live close enough that we didn’t even bother to call — we just walked over with our large area rug that our dog had [ahem] personalized and that I just couldn’t get clean… There’s a sign on the office door/​window saying they are open by appointment only, and upon calling the accompanying number, the owners came right out, assessed the damage, and quoted a (very!) fair price. They called us when it was ready (2 days) and our rug now looks and smells brand new (smells better than brand new, actually). We’ll definitely go back, maybe even annually/​seasonally with our other rugs, it’s that reasonable (I know, right? I’ve never regularly deep-​cleaned a rug in my life, but I can see it now… ;)
