Unfortunately, too many inconsistencies in their business approach. One day, they quote one thing, then they deny having said any of it, then they quote another number, then they tell you they’ll need 2 guys to do the job (and charge accordingly)… and the day of the repair they change their story again. Feels like getting jerked around so we pulled the plug before letting them into the apartment. For what its worth, based on her description of the hostility she encountered, I believe every word of Anne M’s review based on this experience.

a-z appliance repair says they offer 100% satisfaction guarantee, that is not true
my dishwasher broke so i made an appointment. a very angry man came. i couldn’t understand what he was saying – something about «new valve» and «water». but when he left (it cost $ 148) the washer was fine. got 90-day guarantee.
5 weeks later dishwasher breaks again, i called and the same angry man arrived and told me the the problem was in my pipes, therefore not his problem. he left. i called a-z again and asked for owner, but he was «not available» at that time. a-z said they’d send new guy, who turned out to me the angry man, who came and yelled at me and didn’t fix it.
long story short, i called a new place and now my washer works.
