This store doesn’t seem to know customer service or the store policies. I would not buy at the Bay Ridge store in Brooklyn, NY. This Aerosoles store is quite small, for being a small store I would have assumed they would have more time to be friendlier and more knowledgeable on their company policies. I understand they are located in the middle of bay ridge Brooklyn, NY, (busy commerce area) but whenever I have been in their there is no customers in the store or one or two at the most. Perhaps their unfriendliness and lack of company policy knowledge is what keeps people away from this store; like in my case I will not come back to this specific location. ME AND MY MOM LOVE AEROSOLES & WILL SHOP ANYWHERE BUT AT THIS STORE location.
