Ambulatory Surgery Center of Brooklyn

The only experience I have with Ambulatory Surgery is that once a year, for over ten years, I have joined the Church Ladies for Choice and the Brooklyn Pro-​Choice Network at a rally, always in the fall, at this clinic. The Catholic Archdiocese sends the current local bishop, along with «Helpers of God’s Precious Infants» (whom we call «HOGPI») and there is a police-​supervised rally early in the morning on a Saturday.
(I’d like to mention that these Christians will harass any woman entering the clinic, regardless of what procedure she might be having done, and this really grinds my gears.)
Ideally, we get members of the Rude Mechanical Orchestra to join us and make some noise; this year, as the right-​to-​lifers (whom I simply call «lifers») filed out, we played the theme from the Death Star.
