Zero stars for Jamaica Hospital ER they do not care about the community they live in, after going to ER you are sent home and referred to follow up with your primary Dr. And they Charge insurance 11,000 for your visit and then charge you a copy payment of 700 $$
Why should we pay so much if we have insurance?
Then if you call them and and them for financial aid they say they don’t offer financial aid to those who have insurance! ER IS DIRTY.

Good old fashioned pizza from back in the day made fresh today. My childhood memories flow whenever I stop in for a slice. I even get the grape drink!

Horrible service the employees don’t ever wear gloves they treat member s of the community unfair. When I asked the pizzeria owner to put on a pair of gloves he asked me to leave his establishment, when I asked him why do I have to leave he told me he doesn’t want to service «My kind. Over all I regret ever spending a Penny in this place

If you like a little more crust, this is the place. It’s certainly a classic NYC slice and the best pizzeria you’ll ever happen to walk into. Always busy so your pizza always just came out of the oven. The Sicilian is the best in the world.

Just had the eggplant parmigiana and it was magnificent. Nice big portion as well as tasty and filling. It was as if you wanted to eat more even though you were full. Will eat here again. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I ordered a pie for pick up. When I got there the guy at the counter acted like he was doing me a favor and I wasn’t paying a paying customer when I asked for more plates. I gave you 5 was his response when I asked for more plates. Well I’m sorry sir but there are 6 of us. Can a paying customer have more plates, please? DANG! A pie has more than 5 slices anyway so why the attitude? It was the closest (if not the only) pizza parlor in the area, if not I would have gone elsewhere. Two stars because the pizza was fresh and didn’t taste bad at all. Service, Service, Service

I think I was harsh with my previous one star review, so im revamping it. Overall the pizzeria is bellow avarage but clean and edible. The pizza quality did change from the way it used to be years ago. This used to be one of the best pizzerias in Brooklyn.

Ill start off by expressing my love for pizza. I literally believe I can live my life off pizza alone and will die extremely happy and satisfied. Im ALWAYS looking for a good pizzeria. I lived in starret for a couple years but moved and the ONLY Thing i missed was this pizzeria. The food is GREAT always Fresh and never bland. I cant tell you how many times I walked into a pizzeria and the pies looked like clay because they’ve been on the counter tops for hourrrrs. Grossss. The staff is friendly. Always on point. I come all the way back just to get a slice! Clean place and delicious pizza. Enough said!

If I could give it zero stars I would. For those who gave this place a good rating, sorry but you have no idea what good pizza or Italian food is. What’s worse is that the staff is consistently rude and not mindful about how they speak about customers in front of other customers. Also… no disrespect intended, but if they just took the time to clean the place it would look and smell better.
DO NOT BOTHER EATING HERE. I lived across the street and would drive to Avenue L to another place. Was worth it for me to spend the $ 4 a gallon in gas to eat there.

I grew up eating this pizza, and I decided to order some today, what a mistake. The pizza was clearly reheated, burned on the bottom and was delivered cold. What a waste of money, and to think I waited for them to get an A rating again (their rating was a B/​C for so long) I didn’t think I was going to ever eat there again. If you must have pizza and find yourself in Starrett get something frozen from the supermarket, this place just isn’t what it used to be.

I stopped in here yesterday because after a «yelp» friend posted a whole pizza pie form another establishment I started to crave pizza. Seeing as how I was right next door in the liquor warehouse I said why not. I haven’t eaten pizza here since I was in grade school… maybe high school. Now I love me some mom and pop pizza, however I only like it fresh out the oven and not reheated. I went inside, ordered my slice because what was available looked straight out the oven. To my surprise it wasn’t fresh out the oven and had to be reheated. I was ready to be disappointed. But to my surprise it was really tasty and I even ate the crust, which I typically don’t do because once reheated it doesn’t taste as good

Perfect pizza but the mozzarella sticks can be a but burnt at times lol still one of the best in this neighborhood

My brother always orders me pizza from here and I ALWAYS love it (buffalo chicken and pepperoni slices) so when my boyfriend wanted pizza I decided to dine in and check the place out for myself. I got a plain slice and my boyfriend got a pepperoni slice. We both decided. On the spot that this was our official joint. End of story. 5 stars. Good pizza. Good service. Chill vibe. What else do you want?

Love this place pretty convenient but specialty pizzas are blah. Pasta is «okay «but a plane slice is great! Also cannoli’s to die for! Lol

T’was good. Been there before, and will go there again. No more Dominos unless absolutely necessary. Definitely not when at home.

I haven’t eaten a slice of pizza from Armando’s in a long time, but I know every time I here about this place, it reminds me of OLD STARRETT CITY, if you live here long enough people will know exactly what iam talking about. The pizza is great and the best pizza in the area. Go at the right time you can relax and have a nice conversation with your partner. Go at the wrong time you will be running out of Armandos saying to yourself what the hell was I thinking.

Excellent original Brooklyn pizza, I’ve been eating slices from here for decades.

Great pizza dishes I’ve had in a long time… I love there Chicken Franchese dish. Staff is always friendly. I dont live in Starrett City but I would travel anyday of the week if I had to just for there food.
