Do not contact this company for repair work. A.O. Smith recommended this company to service my 40 gallon heater. After arriving late, Mark showed up to look at the issue and when I directed him to the heater which is in an exterior utility closet, he refused to do the work because he was cold. I was in a t-shirt. It was not that cold. I even offered him a jacket and he still refused to do the work. He also cursed at me on his way out.
