Came in to buy an ice cream cake because 1) it was last minute, 2) needed some form of cake at 11PM at night and 3) it was open. For something that I considered a quick run, I actually was pleasantly surprised with the customer service. After picking out the cake, I asked if they could write«Happy Chinese New Year» on it. The worker say sure and then said«in red right?» Small little gestures is what makes customer service. Clean but small, this location certainly does the trick when you’re craving ice cream. Can’t wait to come back!

I came to this location and asked a worker for a sample of the strawberry ice cream and understandably it was busy so he asked that I go online and wait. I was waiting on line to get a sample and since most Baskin Robbins locations are connected to dunking donuts it’s a even longer wait. I finally got to the server and he was having a bad day or something but whatever the case may be he didn’t have to give me attitude. Im a huge ice cream lover but I’m also a huge value seeker. I decided the get the strawberry ice cream and he gave me way too little for the price of the cup. I ask for more ice cream the server said it would cost extra. Obviously I just took it as it is. I have seen more generous ice cream shops in the neighborhood. I’ll go where I’m appreciated and get my money’s worth.

I really can’t say much about this Baskin Robbin’s. It’s by the D train thats for sure. It’s also like any other Baskin Robbin’s — they have a lot of flavors. It’s pretty tiny, no bathroom and the tables feel kinda dirty and dingy(maybe its the lighting?!). Either way, if you want ice cream but don’t feel like cashing out and going to Audrey’s Concerto, this may be the place. There’s also a Dunkin Donuts next door(although many places have it combined), if you need a bathroom or just a quick midday pick me up.

I scream! You scream! We all scream for icecram! Ok I’ll admit it if you didn’t already know I love icecream! I’m the person who is always going into the shops on a hot summer day with no money and saying«Can I taste the nutty cocunut?(my fav) So anyway this is a review not a story… The guy here was super friendly and didn’t get annoyed when I asked for tastings(only one I mean two OKOKITWASFOURDON’T JUDGEME!) What made me come here besides the fact that I’m a fatty is the mon-wends BOGO deal they have which is buy one sundae get one free and I love a sale! I ended up getting the chocolate mint sundae for my bf and I got nutty cocounut and chocalate mint sundae! I had a rating of banana nut and hated it I love the cereal though! So hmmm maby I should go on a 31 flavor challenge do I dare?

Pros: Great flavors Great toppings Reasonable price Cons: When I went there I waited for like 20 minutes for man to finish his orders and when he was done a few people just cut in line right in front of the man. He said nothing. Then their was a new guy to shift in. He served the family behind me. Every time that happens

RAWR! No! I hate you. The little old man server is a crusty little crack. I printed out three free soft serve ice cream coupons for me and my friends. It said no copies. I didn’t copy anything — I printed them all! This little old man starts comparing these sheets up in the light saying that I copied them. FOOL! If I printed three off the same printer, off the same website, would the image not be in the same place!!! DONOTACCUSEME! Anyway, after arguing for a couple minutes in a highly annoyed tone, he throws down the coupons and thrusts us with three soft serve cones. My friends say thank you and I say«#@%%^&#$#$#%^%&$%#.»
