When you talk to the right person, things change. After complaining to an associate for the second time, I was able to talk with the manager Pari. All I can say is that if we need to have more people like Pari. I explained and she understood my predicament and gladly offered to exchange my items. I understand how unique my situation was but am glad I was able to speak to her.
I have no complaints against the store, the selection it carries or the people in it, it was the inability to exchange items from a location where there are stores but are not affiliated with each other.
Will return to this location for further shopping!!! Pari is the best!!! Her staff is great and as always Benetton has the best selection!!!

When you first look at it… you would think it’s a rip-​off Benetton place, but you are wrong.
I am thinking this may be the discount/​overstock store… even though they have the season’s clothes on sale. I saw a black sweater dress i bought full price at the Columbus Circle store at this one (I bought the blue one!)
Brands carried are Sisley and Benetton. Sale on all clothing, not accessories or bags. There are men’s clothing. and kiddy clothes too! Women’s too the back, kid’s on the left and men’s on the right. It’s a small store with two salesgirl. They are helpful but not super overly friendly. Ask for extra sizes, but most of what you see is what you get.
Will be going back there again since I work one stop away! 25% off now!
Oh, and now they have coats on sale too!
