Blanket America

I have to agree with Ryan S. I would NEVER do business with this company again. Bought the Groupon and then Blanket America had technical issues with their website but after hours of trying I was able to place my order. I redeemed the Groupon for the sheets on 12÷22÷11. Finally today I received the sheets (1÷16÷12). The Groupon offer stated: «Please allow 2 to 3 business days for delivery from the date you redeem.» Thankfully most Groupon merchants are more honest and dependable. Beware.

I feel somewhat awful about posting a negative review about a company that claims to be non-​profit, but I have to complain about my recent interaction that I had with Blanket America. I purchased the Groupon for a sheet set in late December, which had a window purchase until January 10^th. After attempting several times to get my coupon to work for my Cal King sheets, I emailed Blanket America’s general help email address and received a response after a couple of days from a Rob Brogan, telling me that my Groupon worked, but for a King size sheet set. I immediately responded and informed him that my order was for a Cal King (which I confirmed on my Groupon, and sent him back a copy of). Needless to say, it’s been 12 days since I sent that email, and a second email 5 days ago to the general help email, and nigh a response back. Now the group on has expired, and I am left holding the bag. I don’t know anything about how these people might do business otherwise, but want to forewarn you that if you have problems with an order, that you may encounter a similar experience to mine as I view this a VERY poor customer service.
