I visited this place for the awesome photos I saw online. I met my friend here and this place is SO COOL LOOKING. It’s got pink lighting, unique décor, and a comfy vibe. AND it’s close to my apartment. I loved this place. Definitely going to come back. :D

My friend told me to meet her here, and I’m so glad this is where she brought me. It’s a cozy, pretty un-​crowded place, with really affordable drinks. $ 6 well drinks when I was there Friday night. The best part was the décor — it’s like a fun game of adult «I Spy.» There’s so many interesting things to look at, and you’ll notice something different every time you’re there. They have games like Jenga, coloring, and water you can serve yourself so you don’t have to keep bothering the bartender. Oh! And they give out free hair ties for ladies and gals in the bathroom who need to puke their guts out. :P Bartenders are friendly, nice, and attentive. Come here if you get the chance!

Solid dive bar with a fun atmosphere. Not sure why all the negative reviews about the staff, because I’ve been several times and the bartenders have always been great, regardless of whether the bar was empty or totally swamped. Drinks are cheap with even cheaper happy hour deals. The front windows all open up, too, which is awesome in the summertime. I’m bummed to no longer be living around the corner, because this is a great spot

I love a good dive bar. And boobies. And businesses that aren’t afraid to fly in the face of social media and review sites.
Awesome bar with lots of character, laid-​back bartender, great drink deals, good music. I had a blast. I didn’t take advantage of the boobie color sheets; I was thinking maybe green like the Orions or maybe even shades of blue like the Na’vi, but I was too preoccupied with slamming P’bers and well whiskey while talking to people I met in there. And that’s the kind of place it is. A melting pot for friendship that’s so strong you forget about boobies for a while. Where else does that happen?

I just love this place. I really do. Maybe it’s the awesome beer specials or maybe it’s the 2 minute walk from my apartment. Either way, it’s pretty solid. The bathroom is covered in boobs, they have charging stations for your phone, random board games laying around, and always great beer and a shot specials. The place can get cramped when it gets crowded (and it does) but it’s a great vibe with cool bartenders who are always friendly and can recommend and make a good drink. This is my go to spot in Bushwick, especially if you aren’t trying to break the bank, but need to get out of your apartment.

Campy décor — fun, interesting and weird. This is true Brooklyn. Solid local spot. Board games to hang out and plan. Place to charge your phone on wall (plugs marked and accessible) nice little touch. Really great cocktails.

I’m rating this five stars because even though I’m about to bitch, fuck Unilocal.
Walked in tonight at 3:28 after closing up my bar. Bouncer proceeded to talk to me like I was a drunk piece of shit who just slapped his mother, telling me I only had time for a shot because it’s last call. There were 20 people inside drinking beer. Dafuq bruh. Was it my hat? Anyway, go to this bar because its awesome, but be a dick to the bouncer for me.

LOVE LOVE LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE this bar! Its right next to my crib which is EVEN BETTER and the drinks are inexpensive and the décor is amazing. Very fun for the eyes. The staff is bad ass. One of the bartender/​owner is named Kristen and she is a total sweetheart and a HUGE «Goonies» fan which is a plus! Shes usually wearing a cheerleader costume so check her out. I will be coming more often and bringing more people!

I don’t usually review bars on Unilocal,but I just have to say I love this place! Been here a bunch of times. The décor is um… amazing, the staff has always been cool and drink specials… tall beer and shot for $ 6? Yes please!
I also love that they call out all the sh! tty Unilocalers because no, if you’re some matchy-​matchy J Crew couple, of course you’re going to hate it!

They don’t seem to like Unilocal but that’s okay :) Great, friendly place with beetle juice (pickled beet and vegetables juice and your choice of whiskey or tequila) shots. We had beers/​ciders/​shots and had a great time. We went there with our beer books and it’s discovering new bars like this that we hope to return to again and again, that makes the beer book fun.

Oh My God. Okay, so my friends and I came here after going to Pizza Party across the street.
This place is really just amazing. We ordered pitchers of margaritas and played monopoly. I lost btw which I’m not happy about but I couldn’t understand what was going on after the 7th margarita so it doesn’t even matter.
I like the vibe here. Laid back, calm, and no fuss. I’ll definitely come back soon.

Boobie Trap is a small, kitschy dive bar in an otherwise lonely part of Bushwick. Amusing décor — especially a fan of the neon FUCK YOU sign behind the bar, the creepy chandelier made of dolls in the restroom, among all the other fun stuff on the walls. I recommend their Warhead cocktail and any of the beer+shot combos! And who needs business cards when you have jars of free lighters at the bar with your logo on them? Be sure to swipe one because they’re too damn cute. Met a few friendly locals while I was here, too. Would probably come back if I was in the immediate area, but wouldn’t go out of my way to make it a destination.

This place is a dive and this is what you should expect. There are bar and a couple tables meant for two. There’s candy in mason jars on the bar (this is quite awesome)… and everything has that «sticky» look. The décor is entertaining and amusing.
Bartender was super nice. Happy hour is pretty cheap. There’s a 3-​tiered shelf full of board games and such. It’s a good place to just chill and be super laid back. It’s a dive, expect a dive. Honestly, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it wasn’t a super awesome time either. When it first opened, I’d heard good things about it so it was on my list of places to check out if I was in the area… but it was underwhelming.
