Mike is nice guy and a hard worker, and he understands his client’s needs. He never tried to convince me to take a place that I didn’t like and was very upfront with various fees and downsides of different locations. He wants his clients not only to find an apartment, but to find an apartment that they’re happy in. And he listened to my (often idiosyncratic) demands and refined his suggestions to fit my needs. Couldn’t recommend him more highly!
