love this fuckin place!!! 2 for 3 burgers are so cheap and delicious!!! and you don’t even have to ask for cheese.

I come here for the fries they are amazing fries. its in and out fast and always yummy the staff on the register always seem to smile and be nice.

Like many other reviewers, I went at 1:15am-ish and the place was CLOSED! I pointed to my wrist and pointed at the sign outside on the door and the young man mopping the floor looked at me like I was an alien.
I actually contacted Checkers and notified the customer representative about this franchisee closing early. I did not receive a response from the franchisee or a Checkers representative.
I had an issue with Dunkin’ Donuts last year and contacted a representative. The owner of the franchise contacted me, and offered a free coffee and donut. That is how you keep customers.
Skip this pace and go to the usual places in the neighborhood. I went to Mcedees.

Where to start with this place.. .
the management is horrible and was rude to me when the cashier got my order wrong and over charged me. He was yelling at me upset that he had to rewrite the order.
the food was cold and flavorless. the fry box was half empty and oversalted. They are not open till the sign says, and you will be waiting forever for your order, even if it’s empty.
The store was great the first few weeks the opened back in june of ’13, but once the original staff left, it all went down hill.
I would give this place ZERO stars if i could.

All signage and online content says they are open until 2. I’m here, 1:17 looking for waffles fries, and they are so very closed. Very very closed.

I want to give this is called place zero stars. They are not open till 2. They are open till 1am. False advertisement!!!

Came here because it has a nice appealing parking lot, wide and clean with outside seating near the drive-​thru. Inside looks like any same-‘ol crappy burger joint seating, clean though, not too bright. The seating was abundant. Walk in and it’s nice to get out of the hot weather for a bit, the A-​C is nice.
The draw back is paying $ 3 and alot of change for a Oreo Hole-​Lotta Cold Creations. It’s a small no flavor soft serve almost like frozen water and brown coloring. Then they top it with couple of cracked Oreos.
The worst part isn’t the lack of knowledge from the person taking my order who didn’t know if one of the brownie drinks had brownies in it or not. If you’re making it, please know (she seemed to have made my Oreo drink).
The worst part is her terrible attitude and foul mouth when I went to grab the receipt.
Sorry Checker’s, you lost me.

I really like this place a lot. It’s fairly new, so it’s still very clean and spacious inside. There’s plenty of seating and the drive-​thru is open late. I usually have the wings, which are definitely my favorite. Some of the best in Brooklyn actually. The food is relatively cheap as well. I typically end up spending less money here than at any other fast food joint.

Definitely be patient. The drive through moves quickly but the cashiers inside are clueless. Not a bad burger by fast food standards. Stays open late. Way better than mcdonalds or Burger King.

Typical NY fast food spot. The employees seem bored or out of it. Like GTA IV Burger Shot employees. Sorry, I play video games. But why no trays provided if am eating in… maybe they don’t want to clean them. But is a huge diner style burger spot in the Gowanus part of Brooklyn. Is mad cold outside, why no heat? Turn that sh*t on, Checkers.

It’s your standard, run of the mill, fast food burger joint. The burger with cheese was edible and the heavily seasoned fries had a kick to them. I don’t normally chow on fast food but if you’re hungover and in Gowanus this place is a safe bet for guilty satisfaction.

It’s a fast food place but the burgers are inexpensive and taste good.
This place just recently opened and was clean. The staff seemed very inexperienced and unsure of themselves. The place is really big and can accommodate many tables but I can’t see a whole bunch of people stopping and eating there. That location is more of a drive-​thru spot for people traveling, considering the highway 2 blocks away.

It’s among the cleaner fast food «restaurants» I’ve been to. Hooray for the drive-​thru. The food is ok, but not really much different from most other fast food. It’s a good hangover cure, and that’s probably it’s best function.
