The food here is good. They are a few business apart from Chloe. I would recommend they how a consistent delivery person: a market that they aren’t tapping into as well. I just wrote a review for Chloe restaurant as well. Their food is great but customer service and delivery options needs improvemebt. This is where Citadel should strive to take advantage of their weakness. Have delivery available. 2nd: I’m disappointed that they don’t have all the menu options available. After being disappointed with Chloe restaurant I attempted to place an order of rice and sauce pois with legume. There was no legume. I ended up going to kfc. Let’s take a page from the Chinese restaurant. They always have what you request and deliver! Citadel you food and price is great but please tap into that market… otherwise that $$ is going elsewhere.

I first tried this restaurant back in the Spring. I recently went back and fell in love with the place. The food is excellent and the new renovations makes it look like a brand new establishment. I have been going about once a week now.

I came here last month because Chloe’s was closed and this across the street. We were not greeted at all. The lady was sitting there and didn’t even ask us if we needed help. Horrible service Stay away from this place as they do not even have printed menus

The you not getting enough food for your money. I will explain with an example if you order a large order of chicken and rice that cost 10 dollars. They give you three chicken legs with rice. 3 legs is considered a large!!! Other Haitian restaurants offer you much more for the price. They have nerve to charge $ 1 extra on your credit card if you don’t over $ 25 dollars. You can report them to business bureau regarding this, because is an illegal practice and they can be fine. Going back to food order, if you order a large, make sure they put your salad and dressing! They always forget! Last, they are slow with your order.
